The above sentence represents an example about the meant of the whole life

representation. We all think that every expression has a sense in the way it

could be comprehended from another human being. In reality, every kind of

expressions, even the non sense ones, have a meant. These last, we are not

able to understand them, but there's a meant anyway. It's just what Ferdinand

De Saussure considered like something to discover. The great literary studier,

spent his whole life trying to interpretate the hidden sense in every word he

could read, almost becoming crazy. I typed the above words in a casual way,

so they belong to a jamming act, which is probable has a sense, even if I don't

understand it. May be, within thousand years, the phrase will be

comprehended, considering that, in that time, many other discovering will be

done. It's like a puzzle frame which takes form, piece by piece. Even the

Ireport.cnn.com blackout of last 29 october 2015, could have a different

reason and a different sense, from the recorded real one.

Cause Effect - What's Behind ?

Is it our life a deterministic or casual event ? All the facts that happen, are they

a mere accident or the fruit of a structured drawn ? Classic physic teaches us

that all relations between the events are just the result of causeeffect

reaction. Quantistic physic doesn't follow the same concept having a fuzzy

beahvior, sometime not easy to understand. Albert Einstein accepted the new

discovery, based on discrete packets energy emission, but he couldn't accept

the actually known entanglement reaction. The EPR (EinsteinPodolskyRosen)

phenomenon was just a trial to have a deterministic proof about the so

called "spooky action", which would be a simultaneously interaction between

particles, even if they are light years far from each other. Some day ago, one

more experiment, as the New York Times reported, led in Netherlands at the

Delft University of Technology, confirmed, one more time, the discovery made

from John Stewart Bell and Alain Aspect, regarding the distance relation

between partcles, despite the distance separated them. Last 25 of august, to

the Barcelona Photonic Science Institute, researchers have been able to

create a new state of matter, and that was the result of the same BellAspect

intuition. 500 atoms suddenly got in an entaglement state, giving to the life an

unknown matter state. These are very important discoveries, which confirm

that there's a very different world behind the classic physic, which could be

responsible of all the event that we call just coincidences. The famous

"butterfly effect", by Edward Lorenz, the chaos theory inventor, could have a

reason of life, as all the unexplained, illogical or misterious events, in a near

future, may be will be solved following the cited experiment. Can a falling

Back to the Future

Next 21 of october it will be celebrated a particular event: the selected future

day, inside the time machine in the movie "Back to the Future". After 30

years, there's no kind of time machine yet, at least, as information tell us. But

the time machine idea runs in the time crossing years and years. Frank Tipler,

a very tiny scientist, predicted that it was enough to reach the half light speed,

aboard a spinning disk, to visit the future. Paul Davis too, famous phisycian,

theorized a time machine able to cross the worm holes, special tunnels which

tie different time dimension. He also cited, in his book, "How to Build a Time

Machine", the Einstein Special Relativity, to visit future and past, reaching the

stop of the time, at the top of velocity, then going to the past, reaching two

times that velocity. Not possible in terrestrial contests. One other chance,

could be to travel aboard of a spiral galaxy. May be I'll try it. All of us probably

have dreamed sometime about a time travel, much has been written and

much movies have been made. If we were able to stop the time we would

become immortal, but we would remain motionless too. Would it be a good

life ?

Time, Mass and Space

Let's try to explain some more concept about the time dimension, after the first

trial failed given that the article I wrote misteriously disappeared. As it's been

shown in the "Time, Unknown Dimension Yet" article, the time it is a changing

dimension related at its velocity. It could be demonstred, in a theorical way,

imagining to be in motionless and looking a ray light which runs aboard a

space ship at light velocity. The ray, starting from the floor to the top of the

ship, will not appear in its right line, as we are used to see, but like a

ypotenuse of a triangle rectangle. Being it longer than the vertical way that the

ray would have ran in motionless, the necessary time time to reach the top of

the ship, is longer too. It's clear that the ray lenght depends from the speed:

more fast is the space ship, more slow is the light ray velocity, until to become

infinite at the finite speed light, which is 299792 Km/s. The Einstein Relativity

Theory, explains, in mathematic language, what it happens traveling at speed

light. Newton formuled those changing states too, but they are valid just in a

terrestrial contest. Two more elements are contemplated in the Special

Relativity and they are the space and the mass. The first one, has a opposite

behavior. It doesn't become infinite, but it transforms itself in a sort of a

pancake. Practically, at the speed light, a rect line would become as zero

whilemean, a mass, would become infinite like the time. Thus, imagining

whatever you want, with mass, launched at speed light and seen from a

motionless place, it would be similar at squeezed tomato. Hard to believe, but

the picture shown above, could give the idea about the distorsions that the

objects have when the camera is traveling. Practically the opposite

phenomenon in which the object travels and the motionless eye observes.

Sanitary Assistance

The Health Ministery of Italy is studying the spending review about the

Sanitary costs. The last idea, which is just a law project, concerns the

limitation of diagnostic examinations, to stop each abuse from doctors who

prefer to control by them rather than to risk their professionality and possible

court judgements. So the new law project provides for a punishement to all the

doctors who'll abuse of sanitary assistance. The field is very delicate, because

we have the best technology we ever had in the last century which could save

lives, and we should avoid to use it because expensive. Doctors are not happy

because they found themselves between the blade of patients and the one of

State. Beginning from the Italian Constitution, we may read that the State

guarantee each citizen health, but only the diagnostic activity is able to

confirm if a person is sick or not. So it would be logic to start from the point in

which the disease is prooved. In that case the Health Ministery must pay each

one cost concerning the cures. So, each examination should be made in a

hanging line; after it, if the patient is sane, he'll be able and happy to pay all

the costs or part of them, linked at his economic situation. At the opposite

hand, if the patient is sick, the State will provide about the cures, paying all the

costs, included the first ones from which the disease has been found. Minister

Lorenzin proposed a law which help nobody, but the State cash.

Time, Unknown Dimension Yet

"Time is on my side" sang Mick Jagger, and it could be said he was right,

seeing his state of health. Time is just a convention we invented to be

synchronized in the earth contest, and nuclear particles, give us the right

measure about its flowing. But time is never the same, considering the speed

effect and mass' weight. Albert Einstein explained it, with Special Relativity

theory, which gives different times in different speeds, as well the General

Relativity, explains that time changes in the different height we could live. The

first consideration establishes that, running iin an empty space, my time is

slower and longer than the one of an eventual observer who's in motionless.

The second discovery, concerns the space time carpet, in which all the

masses stay. There too, the time changes with the mass' weight changing,

being slower and longer in a big mass than the the time which splits on a

lighter mass. Resuming, when I'm flying aboard a plane which runs at high

speed, my time flows slowly so I'll get old later than a living person on the

earth. In the same way, if I live in the lower place of earth, I'll be younger than

the living person who stays on the top of a mountain. It seems to be a

contraddiction, considering that earth whirl around itself, and that, if I stay on

the higher top of the equator line, I should percept both the effects, the one

tied to the velocity and the one tied to the mass weight. Usually paradoxes of

Twin Towers. Are They Still Waiting ?

They flew 14 years from the twin towers disaster. There had been a long war

against Afghanistan and Iraq. The Al Queda responsible, Osama Bin Laden,

has been killed as the Iraq dictator Saddam Hussein, but the conflict has no

end. Nay, in the last times we may assist at the tragedy of war refugees, who

land in Europe from several sides of the world. Everything was born from that

day, even if the Al Queda organization was active from ten and more years

before 09/11. Despite justice has been done, many of the official history

researchers have serious doubts about that event. Starting from the

conspiration theorists, (among them it's possible to read the Thierry Meyssan

book) until to very important journalists (among them there's the italian Giulio

Chiesa) who insist about the biggest theft that the institutions could tell to the

people. Why ? Their version is believable but not acceptable. Sometime

someone suspects about the ISIS as it could be a bluff, created and

manipulated from same institutions, but, as Edward Luttwak recently declared

in an interview released at an italian journalist: "If you think that ISIS

organization is fake, you're out of the information circle". May be that is the

true problem. Press information is able no more to express its freedom role, at

the democracy side. Who knows, may be, in a different place and in a different

time the Twin Towers are still there, with their living victims inside, waiting for

the truth.

Rome, Uneasy Problem

The Mayor of Rome, Ignazio Marino, finally came back from his holiday in

U.S.A.. He, logically, already knew what it happened during his absence. A big

mafia's mourning last 20 of august, of Vittorio Casamonica, a known big

Rome's boss. In Italy it has been a scandal, because the church didn't refuse

to celebrate the funeral, when in the past refused to celebrate the funeral of a

man called Giorgio Welby, died for a terminal disease under his request. More

over, for an helicopter from which someone threw flowers all over the

participants, with no authorization to fly in the Rome sky. Mayor Marino has

been attacked from several sides, because would have had come back in

Italy, immediatly, or, should have not had to leave for his holidays. Just two

days ago, a big demonstration with the Mayor ahead, went in the same square

in which the funeral had been, against mafia and similar events in which a lot

of people express agreeableness for that way to live. The demonstration had

not consequences, and Mayor Marino closed the meeting affirming that "as

Rome threw out fascists and nazists, as well will throw out mafia too". The

problem, I ask myself, where they put them, given that, the prisons are already

filled and not in legal conditions, as European Union recently remarked, and

mafia really counts many persons. In that circumstance, they have been

arrested 117, but the funeral counted thousands. May be is more simple to let

honests get out of Italy and close the country with a big wall all around the

borders, calling it "Italy Penitentiary". Done.

Was It a Zumino Secret ?

Let's suppose that the Bruno Zumino theory, concerning the Super Simmetry,

is real, we all and the matter around us should be just the square root of our

correspondent super partners. Thus we could imagine that our life is ruled

from a different dimension, which decides, minute by minute, which and how

has been and will be our life. As superpartners particle, it could exist a

superpartner brain, which control everything is tied to our existence, from

sickness to the pharmacological relief, from the economy control to the misery

causes, from the birth to the death. If it were real, we would live under a

futurist regime, which guarantees just the image of a fake democracy,

considered that big part of human thought is pushed in the way to establish a

permanent dictatorship. An imagination work may lead to these kind of results,

specially when, after centuries of mistakes have taught nothing to the human

being.

Babel Tower

History immigration has never known a widest tragedy than the last one which

is occurring in Union Europe. Who are these last immigrants' generation ?

War refugee and common people, escaping from misery, hunger and death,

often they find a sure end of life in the so called civil countries. As genetical

fractals which reminds several movies about replicant aliens, they come with

an only hope: survive. It seems a religious exodus, with no kind of rule, in the

mafia's trafficants hands. Germany Prime Minister Angela Merkel, finally

recognized the unefficient Dublino's agreement, in which the Union of Europe

established that each immigrant belong to the first nation in which he landed.

At least, now, the new arriving will may have the chance to choose a definitive

destination. Over more, it's important to recall it. President Obama remarked

against a too weak Europe, which has never faced the trafficants problem.

Whilemean, on the est side, they are growing up walls to close the borders

and always more people are converting the thought in the same line of racial

laws. It must be said that a significantly part of them help the immigrants

offering food and beds. Confusion is everywhere until the point to remember

the mythological Babel Tower: nobody more understands the other's words.

Beware Varoufakis

It's a very hard way the one that ex Minister Varoufakis proposed to help

Greece to come out of the crise. An euro parallel money value, to put in the

greek market fresh money without the UE consense. It remembers the

"greenback" operation, from President Lincoln. It meant new kind of money

which didn't give interests to the banks association, and it's not excluded that

his death comes up just from that branch, having been, probably, his killer a

Rotshild's agent, one of the most important banks' owner. Same destiny

happens to President J. F. Kennedy, who had the intention get off the money

control from Federal Reserve and to stop the Vietnam war. Both the

Presidents had been killed, and there are many coincidences which tie their

deaths. So get beware Mister Varoufakis. Rather it would be interesting the

microcredit invented from Mohammed Yunus, a different way, uncomfortable

too but with very large alliances with people.

Rome, Italy, World and 452B Planet

The New York Times dedicated an article concerning the serious situation is

living Rome in the last two years, which consists in the several connections

between mafia and Public Institutions. Time ago, before the above one, the

same important daily newspaper, affirmed there's no corner in Italy in which

mafia doesn't work. Effectively the times are not good, but the actual founding

is just the result of years and years in which nobody has ever had the courage

to open the tap. We could say that since the 2nd World War, mafia, in

alternate phases, worked with Public Institutions helping each other in the

several problems every time they had to face. So the mutual collaboration

became a sort of deal until the violence has been too high to tolerate. So the

criminal acts disappeared, but not the collaboration, particullary in the political

fields. Now the economic damage, over all the citizens, let emerge the

consciousness about the real map which figures the whole Italian and

international system, based on the close and silenciously alliance between the

State and the antiState. The path is long and difficult and nobody think to be

out of that. Lucky is that country which doesn't need heroes. For the moment

we just could dream to go to 452B planet, the new found earth twin, one

Nuclear and Ordinary Weapons

Today is the 70th. anniversary from the first atomic bomb explosion. It has

been a trial, included in the Manhattan Project, which saw for the first time the

blasting effects of a nuclear reaction activated from human being. After 70

years from that day, finally, some days ago, it has been reached one of the

most important agreement which concerns the relationships between USA

and Iran, in particular about the Iran atomic bomb production, heritage of

Hackmadinejad government. The plane consists in a mutual collaboration

which abolish every sanction against the Iran and the immediatly stopping of

each action concerning the nuclear weapon researches. Day by day the

Einstein and Russell manifesto is coming out as a contemporary emergence.

It remains to rule all the ordinary weapon markets, a topic very closed to the

Hillary Clinton campaigne for the next year President elction day. The Obama

final run will have not time to solve one of the biggest problem of USA.

Coscienza e Realta'

E' recente la pubblicazione di una lettera aperta indirizzata a Christof Koch, (v.

Le Scienze 11.07.2015) neuroscienziato romantico che ha rivolto i suoi studi a

cio' che concerne l'essenza della coscienza umana, da parte di altri cinque

eminenti studiosi, Oliver Sacks, Antonio Damasio, Gil B. Carvalho, Norman D.

Cook, Harry T. Hunt, i quali desumono l'estrema e finale manifestazione di

coscienza lungo un percorso neurobiologico in cui ogni cellula, occupata nel

suo incessante lavorio di filtraggio degli elementi nella complessa interazione

metabolica, determinerebbe l'ultima e decisiva formazione di cio' che e' anche

definito consapevolezza.

L'approccio al tema della coscienza e della sua manifestazione e' questione

antica e filosofica, ma la scienza, nel corso dei due ultimi secoli, da Freud in

poi, ne cerca i fondamenti e le dimostrazioni valide secondo il metodo classico

scientifico. E cosi' Francis Crick, scopritore insieme a Watson dell'elica del

DNA, che nel 2003 afferma l'esistenza della coscienza in un punto preciso

nella regione limbica del cervello, oppure Andrew Duggins, altro neurologo

inglese, il quale tenta una descrizione della coscienza lungo il cammino

quantistico, sino ad affermare che la stessa sia il frutto di ogni singola

esperienza individuale, sempre diversa una dall'altra seppure apparentemente 

uguale, registrata attraverso la prassi della dottrina neuronale in un processo

in cui la meccanica quantistica fa il suo ingresso nei microtubuli presenti nel

cervello, come S. Hameroff teorizzava. In sostanza la realta' a noi tutti

percepibile, sarebbe un'esperienza del tutto personale, mediata

dall'eleborazione della coscienza la quale sarebbe a sua volta interconnessa

con l'immenso entanglement quantistico di cui siamo parte. Max Tegmark,

altro fisico emergente, pero' ne eccepisce un limite e cioe' la velocita' di

decoerenza quantistica, non compatibile con la velocita' degli impulsi elettrici

neuronali.

In sintesi sarebbe auspicabile l'unificazione dei punti di vista in una visione

multidisciplinare, attraverso cui ogni aspetto venga interconnesso ed inglobato

A Chance For Democracy

"Many enemies, many honor". This is the famous sentence which Mussolini

liked say, so let's avoid to talk about the recent Berlusconi's conviction, three

more years for electoral corruption, after he payed his debt for the fiscal fraud.

Let's talk instead about the critical economic state in which Greece is sailing.

Last sunday the electoral expression of Grrece people decided for an escape

from European Community and, being it the first time in the history of the

Europe States, it represented a hard beat to the whole economic asset. The

relationships between the nation and the European Commission took one

more time again a speed. Economy Minister Varoufakis dismissed himself

affirming he wants help the Prime Minister Tsipras as a close collaboration.

Tsipras got ready with a new economic plane which is, as France President

Hollande declared, believable and possible. Finally, the several armers, never

submitted to the local taxes for foreign gains, will give their contributions to

the nation. Europe can't lose Greece as financial power can't win against

political choices. President Obama too insisted for a solution which would

solve the problems of deep misery of a country which, two thousand years

ago, taugh the whole west countries how to use the mind.

Does Light Interact With Matter ?

The light interacts with matter. Everybody knows the healthy effect of light on

human body since 1893, when the Nobel Prize Niels Ryberg Finsen, a Danish

doctor, published in that year "On the effects of light on the skin". On 1921,

the light radiation study let win the Nobel Prize to Albert Einstein too, for the

"Photoelectric Effect", and today, there are many phototherapies which are

applied to the cancer cure, transferring particle accelerators knowledge on

medicine sector. So, it is largely known, the light has a big interaction with

matter, and it is possible to verify it just watching the sun light which beats a

metal surface. Its reflection reveals, at naked eye, something that's appears

like a big energy concentration. In the subatomic world, that phenomenon is

explained in the way that photons are able to throw out the present electrons.

The photovoltaic panels energy is the most common example about the light

interaction on matter. Just two days ago, an australian researcher, Cloe Loi,

has been able to take the picture of several ionized gaz tubes, out of the

planet athmosphere. One more light interaction, which is able to produce the

Right or Wrong Way ?

Yesterday, 11 of juin 2015, the Soyuz staff got back home from the ISS which

is orbiting around the earth.

The mission has been long 200 days, more than six months, and it was

related about the study which concerns the human body behavior in gravity

absence.

We all have seen the wonderful pictures about our planet, sent step by step,

during the flight. The mission is also important because hosted the first italian

astronaut woman, Capt. Samantha Cristoforetti, who's not forgetable for her

messages and spacesmile.

She never responded at my only and unic question, concerning a possible 

experiment which would have measured the light deflection in an accelerate 

state, but it's possible she never received that question. 

Anyway, in an ironic way, I'd like to ask her: are you sure Capt. Cristoforetti, 

you took the right and not the wrong way to come back to earth ?

Is this the planet you left before your return ? Did you feel more pure, taking

distance from the earth, and now, do you feel more contaminated, coming

back ? How does it run the thought up there in the vacuum space ? Does it

help to desire to get back or to remain there ? Well, if you ever will read these

curiosities of mine, please don't get me fool. I'm just a little bit envious.

Dual Entities

We talked, some time ago, about mass. They were just little considerations,

normally tied to the Relativity Theory, being the Newton concepts valid just in

a terrestrial contest.

There's something else to explain about the mass concept and it concerns its

dual entity: particle and wave, exactly like light, as the T. Young esperiment

demonstred.

The double existence is not visible in the daily environment, but to catch some

particular vision or imagine how could be, in the subatomic world, the

contemporary double state.

For example, we all saw a light ray get inside home across the window, that

effect in which the dust floats in the air. The light ray, represents in that

manifestation, the wave, and we could imagine the dust like infinite particles

which sail in the empty.

More difficult is to imagine the dual entity of a mass. When we see the matter,

we should imagine it like a total compact of atoms joint together. Of course we

can't see them one by one like it's not possible to see the mass in its wave

state. Each mass has a wave power, which is possible to catch just using very

sofisticated devices, which provide to low the temperature of the environment

contest until next the absolute zero, which is 273C.

In that condition, atoms become wave, more exactly wave function, which 

is different from the Newton  classic wave.

The above picture coud help to imagine a mass mutation. An iron ball

launched in velocity, under double light rays, appears like not existent. It is

just possible to see the form but not the substance, as it could be transformed

in some other entity.

Concluding it's possible to affirm that the principle condition for a massless

particle to be energy is its speed, equal the light one. The principal condition

for a mass particle, instead, to be energy or something similar, is the

motionless or rest mass.

Speed Light

Captain Samantha Cristoforetti is flying in the space yet, studying the human

body reaction in that enviroment.

She didn't reply at my question concerning the light behavior under a big

propulsion, but it needs to wait the coming back on earth. That's the moment

in which the space ship records a propulsion which helps it to change the

orbital way.

In fact, tough the actual speed is around 28.000 Km/h, the motion

corresponds to a static state, being everything inside the ship at the same

velocity.

The equivalence principle says that each mass, launched in the space under

acceleration, records the same gravity force that would record on earth, so, if

Captain Cristoforetti will ever try to measure the possible light deflection in an

accelerated state, she'll try it during the back way. Meanwhile there's a new 

discovery which regards the light speed.

Everybody knows that light speed is an universal constant, its worth is the

same everywhere. A researchers staff from Glasgow University and HeriotWatt

University, discovered that speed light changes changing the space in

which it moves.

We have different and several space structure, so they tried to let a light ray

moving in a different space form, recording a different speed in confront the

absolute one, which is 299792 K/meter per second

In that contest the speed light is minor of 0,001 per cent, so, as scientific

method requires, the trials must be repeated again and again, until the

international community approves the new result, avoiding possible scandals,

Mattarella, but, from a research by CNN International, there's just one only

result about his name, which is about a notice far from 2001.

Italy Has Mattarella

Italy has a new President, the 12th of Italian Republic. His name is Sergio

Mattarella, not very known out of italian borders, but significant politician man

who followed the father's steps in the Democrat Party of so called first

republic.

He was born in Palermo, the city in which there's been the most cruel fight

between mafia and judges. There, he lost even his brother Piersanti, killed

from criminal organization because not well agreed.

Sergio Mattarella is famous for the electoral law launched before the last one

voted from Berlusconi government, also called mattarellum, and he's not

appreciated from Berlusconi too.

In fact, Mr. Berlusconi party didn't vote him, but they were in minor side.

Mattarella, during Andreotti's government, dismissed himself for a law

approved about the TV networks in Italy, which promoted the Berlusconi's

interests respect the Tv of State.

So he renounced at his chair for a public protest against that system.

His personality may be is a little bit reserved, but his integral morality helps

italians to hope in a person who could leave a big fingerprint along the future

years.
